Blackberry Services back on… damage still undoable.
Today RIM’s CEO, made a public apology for the World Wide Meltdown that occurred yesterday further enhancing the inevitable destruction of the Blackberry brand. He said that the meltdown affected consumers trust in the company, and that it was their priority to compensate the damage made. To me, he shouldn’t have said anything. It’s over, your backup systems didn’t work, everybody got pissed off, and many are now turning their heads and looking to the future. iPhone or Android. That is.
